Heels for Rose Haven

Join in for this 2 hour open level HEELS intensive to benefit the Momentum Workshop Series, a city wide initiative in the Month of April to raise money for Rose Haven.
We will spend the 2 hours warming up, learning across the floor phrases, floor work, and a short routine to show off to all your friends. Lead by BodyVox's queer, fat bodied, femme heels dance instructor, Asteria Atombomb, come spend a Sunday evening to unleash your inner sensual diva!
All proceeds are going directly to Rose Haven!
K Pop

Join us for this exciting session where you‘ll learn some iconic dance moves, no matter your experience level!

Backstreet's Back . . . alright! It's 1997, you're sitting on the floor listening to the radio in the hopes your favorite boy band song plays so you can swiftly hit record on the tape player. OR may be you had your walkman hooked to the waistband of your jeans with your catalogue of CDs in your backpack packed full of the latest Hanson, 98 Degrees, and N*Sync CDs. Regardless of how you spend the 90s fanning over your favorite boy band, you can now live out your fantasy in this 2 hour commercial hip hop workshop packed full of your favorite boy band jams. For a little extra fun, dress to impress in your favorite 90s'/ early 2000's attire. re you team Lance or team Nick?

Storytelling for Dancers

10AM - 4PM
In this 2 day workshop we will blend the body, breath and language to create dynamic stories that move us. Combining the expertise of local Contemporary Dancer Andrea Parson and From the Ground UP’s Artistic Director Katherine Murphy Lewis using the combination of personal narrative and movement through dance and physical theater practices.
$200 for entire weekend workshop
