Dance Center Policies & FAQs

STUDIO POLICIES:

We cannot provide refunds on series, workshops, or master classes once the start date occurs. 

We cannot offer late entry anytime after the first 15 minutes of a class. This is to prevent possible injury and unnecessary disruptions to the class.

We do not offer make up classes on missed days during a series. Series classes are not transferable to drop in classes. 

We do not offer extensions on class card expiration dates. Class cards expire one year from the purchase date. 

Non-marking shoes are required for classes that require shoes such as hip hop, tap, heels, and flamenco. 

FAQS:

Does BodyVox have a student dress code?

We do not have a strict dress code at the dance center. We recommend clothes that are easy to move in and don't inhibit body movement. If you don't have the correct shoes for a class, we encourage you to wear socks. 

***Please note, youth classes may have stricter dressing guidelines. Please refer to the individual class description for more info.

Where can I park?

Street parking only. Street parking is metered. We recommend the Parking Kitty App! BodyVox does not validate parking. 

The parking lot attached to our building is for staff only.

Does BodyVox have a water station?

Yes! We have a water filling station, so we encourage you to bring your own water bottle. 



Does BodyVox have changing rooms?

Yes, we have private dressing rooms to change in before/after your class!

Does BodyVox have showers?

No.

Does BodyVox offer FREE COFFEE?

We certainly do! The front desk has complimentary coffee available. We encourage you to bring your own mug so we prevent waste as much as possible.
